A presentation of the options will be given to the School Board on Thursday, Oct. 9, during their regular meeting. Following the Board presentation, public meetings will take place to share the possible options with the community and gather feedback. Those meetings are set for:

• Tuesday, Oct. 14, 6:30-8 p.m. in the Media Center at East Ridge High School, Woodbury
• Monday, Oct. 20, 6:30-8 p.m. in the Group Room at Woodbury High School, Woodbury
• Wednesday, Oct. 22, 9:30-11 a.m. in the Board Room of the District Service Center, Cottage Grove
• Monday, Oct. 27, 6:30-8 p.m. in the Auditorium at Oltman Middle School, St. Paul Park

Following the public meetings and feedback from stakeholders, the Steering Committee will develop a final recommendation and present it to the School Board on Thursday, Nov. 6 at their regular meeting. Final approval of recommendations to address facility needs is expected at the Thursday, Nov. 20 School Board Meeting. (The School Board may request an additional public forum, which is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 13)
